About the job
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager - Student Admission (m/f/d) who will not only coordinate the application process of student applicants, but also ensure that every step from initial contact to enrollment is a positive and unique experience for applicants. Locations for this position are: Hamburg or Berlin!
You will be responsible for the execution of the recruitment process of our courses, which take place remotely or on-site in Berlin
You will be able to clearly and concisely articulate neuefische GmbH's unique vision, mission and all program details and attract applicants to our bootcamps
You will be responsible for answering candidates' inquiries about the programs offered and act as the main point of contact for the entire admissions process
Your tasks include conducting informational interviews and deciding on admissions, as well as preparing offers and contracts
You are responsible for continuously updating applicant data
Your tasks also include communication and administrative management with the employment agency or job center
About the team
You will be part of the Admissions team in Berlin and report to the Team Lead Admissions. Our team members have a diverse and varied background. You will work closely with Program Manager, Partnerships Manager and Quality Manager and teachers.
You have several years of experience in customer service or sales
You have a high level of motivation and energy and are results-oriented
You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
You have excellent and empathetic communication skills
You are proactive, responsive, well organized and a team player
You have a passion for education and an affinity for IT
You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German

You have experience with BfA / AfA / voucher system
