neue fische GmbH is Germany's leading provider of technology bootcamps. In 12-week intensive courses, we enable career changers (m/f/d) to pursue a career as a web developer or data scientist. Bootcamps have long been successfully established in the USA - thanks to neue fische, this innovative educational approach has also been "made in Germany" since 2018. Our strong partner network of leading digital companies from all over Germany proves that our "Education-to-Employment" concept is successful. For the development and expansion of our locations we are looking for Head Coaches* in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt a.M., Stuttgart and Munich.
YOUR TASKS
You accompany a course of 15 highly motivated career changers (m/f/d) over 12 weeks
Interactive, hands-on teaching of modern technologies (e.g. HTML5/CSS3, ECMAScript 2019+, React, REST, Node.js, MongoDB,...).
Teach agile methodologies and workflows (pair programming, Git, etc.)
Professional and disciplinary mentor for the participants*.
You will work closely with your assistant coach and interact with other head coaches on a regular basis
SO YOU INSPIRE US
Several years of professional experience as Senior Frontend Developer / Senior Fullstack Developer
Excellent knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks
Genuine enjoyment of sharing your knowledge and encouraging others to do the same
Available for at least 3 months full time, including at least 4 days / week on site.
Nice to have: First experience as coach, trainer, teacher or lecturer (in form of internal trainings, workshops, etc.)
