(Junior) Coach IT Project Management (m/f/d)
Permanent position, full-time in Hamburg or remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
In our 4-week courses you will deliver lectures and support the practical exercises of our students, shaping the next generation of IT Project Managers
You work closely with your assistant coach and together take care and support our students throughout their entire journey coordinating your activities with the rest of the team
You contribute to the development of the IT Project Management curriculum to ensure it stays up to date and aligns with the latest industry demands
You help to develop a corporate culture that is based on honesty and equality for the benefit of our course participants and employees
ABOUT YOU
Relevant professional experience in the field of IT Project Management
Expertise in any of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Miro, Mural, Figjam, Slack
Experience as a teacher and mentor or willingness to learn (any past teaching experience counts)
Passionate about people empowerment and relationship building with the ability to effectively manage groups and interpersonal conflict situations
Strong communication and presentation skills
A team player with a collaborative mindset and personal responsibility
Fluency in English and German is required

What you can expect in your first 6 months:
First Week: You will get your equipment (MacBook M1), have your first one on one with your Team Lead and participate in a running bootcamp
First Month: You familiarize yourself with the contents and structure of the bootcamp. You participate in the routine meetings of one bootcamp and already answer small questions that students have related to the content and exercises. You might even teach one small lecture on a topic you feel confident with
After 2 Months: You lead one of our 4-week IT Project Management bootcamps from start to finish. You will hold lectures with full responsibility while being supported by the rest of the coaching team
