Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

This is what you will do

• Holistic sales support of one or more key customers in the DACH region with a focus on international key accounts

• Acquisition of new projects within the customer(s), as well as expansion of the stakeholder network in complex company structures

• Identifying decision makers within the client company(ies) and successful contacting them

• Management of different internal departments, with the common goal to serve the customer with maximum success

• Preparing offers, as well as successfully conducting price negotiations with various decision-making bodies up to the successful conclusion of contracts

• Obtaining information about market competitors, including the preparation of a competitor analysis

• Competent representation of the company at trade shows & congresses

• Preparation of precise forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as their reporting to the C-Level

• You have several years of experience in a customer-oriented, ideally IT-related service environment (B2B).

• You are interested in the topics of digitalization, IT and further education.

• Listening to customers, understanding their problems and then offering a solution-oriented product are your "daily business".

• You work independently and goal-oriented on your tasks
