Senior Coach UI/UX Design (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will accompany a full-time course of 15 highly motivated lateral entrants over 12 weeks.

• You will be in charge of the course management (organization + administration)

• Further development of the course material

• Active support of the Head and Senior Coaches in teaching the course content: e.g. User Research, Personas, Journey Maps, Flows, Design Thinking, Figma, Accessibility, Interface Design

• Technical and disciplinary mentor for the participants

• You will work with a team of coaches with whom you will regularly coordinate and collaborate closely

ABOUT YOU

• You have a degree in design and several years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer* or in a related subfield or comparable training

• Strong communication and presentation skills 

• Good command of english and german (course content in English; lectures are held in German)

• Genuine enjoyment of passing on your knowledge and helping others grow

Nice to have: First experience as coach*in, trainer*in, teacher*in or lecturer*in (in form of internal trainings, workshops, etc.)
