Senior Coach Web Development (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You are one of the lead coaches (f/m/d) of our 3-month web development bootcamps with approx. 15 participants*

• You are responsible for the quality of the content, help the participants with individual or group work and demonstrate live coding tasks.

• You review the code of the participants and advance them through constructive criticism

• You mentor our junior and mid-level coaches and share your experience and knowledge with them

• You help all coaches to develop personally and as developers

• As a part of the web development community, you help us keep the pulse of the teaching program

SO YOU INSPIRE US

• You are an ambitious, patient coach who communicates content effectively and understandably to tech beginners

• Very good knowledge of modern HTML and CSS, accessibility, ECMAScript 2023 and TypeScript, React, Node, Next, MongoDB, Shell, Git, and modern tooling

• Technical teaching experience of at least one year or equivalent

• You are good at working with different technologies and can teach them effectively

• You want to help shape the future of the industry using cutting-edge technological developments

• Your passion for teaching content and mentoring colleagues or students is evident

• You moderate and ensure that loud and quiet voices have their say in your remote bootcamp

The salary for Senior Web Development Coaches ranges from 67,000 to 70,000 euros.
