YOUR TASKS

• In your position as team leader you are responsible for the further build-up, successful development and management of your own team.

• You are a competent contact person for your team and coach your employees in the execution of their tasks.

• You give visions, agree on concrete goals and thus control the success of your team.

• You further develop sales goals in coordination with the Head of Admission and the management team

• You work closely with other areas, pursue your own goals and set an example for the team in your work

• You are the contact person for your team in important coordination and special cases

• You sometimes take over the market and competition observation and development of new potentials

SO YOU INSPIRE US

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in sales

• Experience in a management position in the sales area

• Strong communication skills, team spirit and sociability

• Organizational talent as well as independence and flexibility

• You are interested in the topics of digitalization, IT & further education

• You work independently and goal-oriented on your tasks and have a hands-on mentality

• Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is a prerequisite

• Willingness to travel for occasional trips to team locations

• (Don't be afraid of working with numbers and reporting, as well as presentations on a small scale)
