Working Student - Admission/Recruiting

YOUR TASKS

• Consulting and acquisition of interested parties for our bootcamps and concepts

• Administrative tasks around participation and registration

• Cross-departmental cooperation, e.g. with coaches, the career service team, and working students

• Support in the entire recruitment process of our participants from initial contact to registration

YOU INSPIRE US WITH THIS

• Enrolled student in fields such as humanities, business administration, business psychology, or similar (enrolled for at least 1 more year)

• First experience in the field of HR, recruiting, customer service

• Open, helpful personality and a strong power of persuasion

• Reliable, structured and independent way of working

• Confident handling of Google Suite programs

• Very good German and English skills (min. C1)

Nice to have: Interest in the topic of digitalization.
