YOUR TASKS

• Supporting our graduates with regard to their job entry, as well as our partner companies with regard to their vacancies in the tech environment

• Collaborating with our partner companies and ensuring a smooth application process for our graduates

• Planning and supervising remote events with our partner companies with the aim of finding candidates

• Support and contact person for our alumni from previous bootcamps on questions regarding the partner network

• Actively building a network with partner companies, maintaining our participants' data and other administrative tasks

• Independent forecasting and reporting with regard to the defined hiring targets and their KPIs (interviews conducted, candidates presented, recruitment)

• Representing the "brand" neue fische at job fairs and congresses

YOU INSPIRE US WITH THIS

• You have experience in recruiting or candidate support, ideally with a recruitment agency

• You are interested in IT & training and like to see yourself as a support for our graduates and customers

• You have a "sales nose" and like to independently identify and serve our customers' needs

• You work independently, are goal- and customer-oriented and are a communication professional

• Entrepreneurial thinking is part of your "daily business", as is the urge to constantly question and improve yourself

• Language skills: Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
