This is what you will do

• Advising and inspiring interested parties about our specializations and our concept

• You are the first point of contact for our interested parties in the recruitment process and clarify all questions from our participants from initial contact to the interview.

• Occasionally help with the organization and implementation of workshops and events

• Advisory tasks relating to applications to the employment agency and to us

• Cross-departmental collaboration, e.g. with coaches, the Career Service team and working students - especially with the Admission team

This is how you excite us

• 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting or sales, preferably in a start-up or personnel service provider

• Fun working on the phone

• Initial experience with the profiles Web Developer, Java Developer, Data Analyst and Data Scientist desirable

• Open, communicative and helpful personality

• Reliable, structured and independent way of working

• Confident handling of Office programs (e.g. MS Office)

• Very good knowledge of German and English
