With six locations, over 180 employees, and a partner network of more than 80 partner companies that fish for IT talents in our joint talent pool, we now jointly form the largest education and talent platform for IT professions. With this merger, we are also responding to the structural shortage of skilled workers on the IT labor market, which is becoming more international. This year alone, our short-format bootcamps will thus qualify more than 2,000 people for digital professions.

"The merger is the logical next step for both sides. A few years ago, we started in Hamburg and Berlin with virtually the same vision, and now we want to pool our resources even more closely and look forward to further establishing lateral entry into digital professions in the working world," says Dalia. "In purely theoretical terms, the IT skills shortage could be solved in just a few months with further training and lateral entry."

Back in February of this year, neue fische and SPICED Academy joined Scandinavian SALT - School of Applied Technology and Wild Code School from Paris. Together they represent Future Group, Europe's leading education and talent platform for IT professions. With around 25 locations and various remote offerings, thousands of professionals are receiving top-class training to become digital specialists, and even more are changing careers to move into the tech sector. By gaining access to this impressive pool of digital talent, partner companies are able to fill vacant IT positions much quicker. In total, the Future Group has already integrated over 10,000 alumni into the digital job market.

Dalia Das gives an outlook on the further plans of the education provider: "We are already in the middle of planning to expand our program portfolio. In no other industry are so many new professions being born as in the tech industry. Now is exactly the right time to secure a place there as an IT career changer. And now is also exactly the right time for companies to open up to lateral entrants - because that's how you can also solve the shortage of skilled workers from within. All signs point to growth."
