Our approach to providing first-class, scalable, and distinctive training is based on the principle that teaching is not about lecturing, but about facilitating active learning. Our bootcamps are therefore specifically designed around how adults actually learn — through relevance, real-world application, teamwork, and goal-oriented problem-solving.

The neuefische Teaching DNA, and its four pillars

Clarity & Knowledge Transfer

We define excellent teaching as clear, structured, and logically sequenced. Our coaches explain complex concepts with precision and clarity, linking them directly to the real-world work environment through practical examples. By conveying knowledge in easily digestible steps, they guide participants toward making their own discoveries and help them build mental models that are retained in the long term.

FAQ’s

Do you still have questions about our Teacher DNA? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Every course follows a pattern designed for adult learning:

1. Preparation

Short, focused materials prepare learners to enter sessions actively rather than passively.

2. Exploration & Application

In live sessions, coaches facilitate exploration through application: coding, design, scenarios, challenges, and guided practice.

Our methodology is based on andragogy principles, with emphasis on:

  • Problem-Centered learning, e.g. adults learn best with real-world problem focus.

  • Practical learning, e.g. adults learn faster by applying the acquired knowledge in their role (and in teams).

3. Collaboration

Real-world projects mirror workplace dynamics - team coordination, communication, shared problem-solving, peer review.

4. Feedback & Reflection

Daily check-ins, progress monitoring, reflection, and tailored support.

This structure ensures all learners, in their mixed levels and with various hinderances they. might have, engage at an appropriate level while meeting the same program outcomes.
