New: Advanced training as a "Data Science & AI Specialist" and "AI Modeling" with IHK certification

HKBiS, the education service of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, and the tech education company neuefische GmbH are pooling their expertise to launch two innovative continuing education programs in the field of data science and artificial intelligence (AI).

The programs are aimed at both technology-savvy professionals who want to acquire pioneering know-how in artificial intelligence and data analysis, as well as those who are currently job seekers and want to embark on a new career path.

Companies that want to train their employees in these fields can receive support through the Qualification and Opportunity Act (Qualifizierungs- und Chancengesetz) to finance course participation and cover labor costs during the course.

Successful graduates of the new programs will receive an IHK certificate as proof of their newly acquired skills.

The core of the program is a comprehensive intensive training course to become a "Data Science & AI Specialist," which imparts basic to advanced skills in data analysis, machine learning, and AI applications. The training is divided into three consecutive modules.

In addition, a compact, six-week program called "AI Modeling" is offered, aimed specifically at people who want to acquire practical, relevant know-how in the AI ​​field in a short period of time.

1. Specialist in Data Science & AI (IHK Certificate)

• Duration: 720 hours (960 teaching units) / divided into three modules

• Modules:

  • A: Data & AI Foundations

  • B: Applied Machine Learning

  • C: Advance AI & Capstone Project

• Completion: Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate for each module and a final overall certificate as an "AI & Data Science Specialist (IHK)"

• Format: 100% online including live sessions

• Funding: AZAV-certified, eligible for funding through the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG)
  

2. Advanced Training in AI Modeling

• Next start: January 2026

• Duration: 270 hours (360 teaching units)

• Target group: Specialists and managers, project managers, and other people who want to gain application-oriented knowledge in AI modeling in a short time.

• Content: AI fundamentals, Python for data science, data visualization, machine learning frameworks, model training. Application Scenarios

• Format: 100% online, with live tutorials, including live sessions

• Benefit: Time-efficient training for direct application in the company

• Qualification: Chamber of Commerce and Industry Certificate "Further Training in AI Modeling (IHK)"

• Funding: AZAV-certified, eligible for funding through the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG)
