Speakers & Talks:
Speaker-1: Anton Andrusenko, Senior PM @ Semrush, AI Lab
With 15+ years in product leadership across SaaS, enterprise, and consumer, Anton has built, launched, and shaped products from different sides of the table: in-house, as a consultant, and through his own experiments. Lately, he has been diving deep into agentic systems, context engineering, memory systems. He'll be open to all questions about turning AI from a shiny prototype into something users would genuinely miss.
In this session, Anton will connect these shifts to the rise of the “Full-Stack Builder”, a new model where traditional boundaries between product, design, and engineering are rapidly dissolving.
The Rise of the "Full-Stack Builder" and the Collapse of Product Silos
The traditional boundaries separating product management, design, and engineering are dissolving into a so-called "Mexican standoff," where each role uses AI to do the jobs of the other two. Leading organizations are already restructuring around this reality moving away from traditional trios and piloting a "Full Stack Builder" model that empowers individuals to take an idea from insight all the way to deployed code.
Speaker-2: Carlotta Clauter, Founder & CEO @ Orintis
With 6+ years in product leadership across regulated enterprise SaaS, AI tooling, and now her own bootstrapped startup, Carlotta has built, launched, and turned around products from inside EQS Group (Europe's leading compliance tech) and QuantPi (AI testing). She built the Orintis MVP on her own before recently bringing in technical and design talent to scale further.
In this session, Carlotta will be open to all questions about her process, and what tipped decisions and how the building has evolved since growing the team.
Zero to Launched: Bootstrapping a Product as a PM Turned Founder
Shipping live software solo takes a mindset most product strategy work never trains you for. I'll walk through the honest journey from zero to launched: the timeline, the AI tools I tested (and discarded), and the challenges along the way. A transparent look at the decisions, trade-offs, and surprises behind going solo on execution.
