Digital Transformation Landscape & AI Literacy for Leaders
In the first week, you will categorize the four waves of digitalization, evaluate AI technologies at a leadership level, and conduct a comprehensive Digital Maturity Assessment for a sample organization. You will also gain the skills to practically apply the EU AI Act’s Article 4 (AI Literacy Obligation) to your own company while learning structured prompting techniques across enterprise AI tools beyond standard ChatGPT usage, including system prompts, Role-Task-Context, few-shot, and evaluation prompts.
