DelaySense is a machine-learning early-warning system for the London Underground. It analyses live arrival predictions and time-based patterns to estimate which arrivals may become delayed within few minutes. The final product combines a LightGBM forecasting model, FastAPI backend and interactive Streamlit dashboard for real-time delay-risk monitoring.
The Assistant to The Office Chatbot
An AI chatbot that lets you talk to characters from The Office (US) — Michael, Jim, Dwight, Pam, and more — using retrieval over real show dialogue so responses stay in-character. Built with LangChain, LangGraph, FAISS, and Groq's LLaMA 3, with emotion- and sarcasm-aware responses and a full React front end.

The DORA Incident Reporting Copilot automatically converts messy incident narratives into clear, criterion-by-criterion regulatory assessments. Designed to meet strict four-hour notification windows, it helps financial entities quickly evaluate major ICT incidents, manage overlapping NIS2, PSD2, and GDPR requirements, and draft defensible notifications to national authorities such as BaFin, thereby mitigating non-compliance risks and costly penalties.

The European Strategy Atlas transforms public Eurostat data into an interactive exploration of how European countries develop. Users can compare structural profiles, investigate tradeoffs and pathways, experiment with strategic priorities, and explore resilience under hypothetical challenges. Rather than ranking countries or predicting outcomes, the Atlas supports evidence-informed learning and systems thinking.

DataSquirrel is self-hosted file intelligence. It indexes the storage you point it at — local folders, NAS mounts, Google Drive — then lets you search it by name and metadata, summarize files with a local LLM, chat with cited answers, and find duplicates. Runs entirely in Docker on your own hardware.
