Curriculum
This is what you learn in our Digital & AI Transformation Management Bootcamp
In Week 1, you will learn how to explain and categorise the 4 waves of digitalisation, evaluate AI technologies from a leadership perspective, and understand how the EU AI Act (Article 4 – AI literacy requirements) applies in real organisations.
You’ll also conduct a digital maturity assessment for a sample organisation and start using structured prompting techniques across enterprise AI tools, going beyond standard ChatGPT usage with system prompts, Role–Task–Context prompts, few-shot prompts, and evaluation prompts.
In Week 2, you’ll learn how organisations successfully manage change during AI transformation, explore key change management frameworks such as ADKAR and Kotter’s 8-Step Model, and understand the historical foundation of change theory through Lewin’s model.
You’ll conduct a change readiness analysis, identify potential resistance to AI adoption, and develop practical strategies to overcome it. You’ll also define the role of the Transformation Manager as a change agent who drives organisational adoption and alignment during transformation.
In this week, you’ll evaluate leading enterprise AI platforms such as Langdock, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Vertex AI, and understand their integration standards, including MCP compatibility. You’ll create a vendor evaluation matrix with weighted criteria such as RAG capability and automation fit, and learn how to distinguish enterprise AI platforms from workflow automation tools.
You’ll also explore data governance fundamentals and understand how data quality directly affects RAG performance and overall AI success. Finally, you’ll compare typical implementation paths, integration complexity, and rollout timelines for enterprise AI platforms in real organisations.
In this week, you’ll learn how to manage stakeholders during AI transformation projects. You’ll conduct stakeholder analyses using tools like the Power–Interest Grid and RACI matrices, and apply them to real scenarios such as introducing AI agents within an organisation.
You’ll design a Key User Strategy and Champions Programme to drive adoption across teams, and create a Transformation Communication Plan to keep stakeholders aligned. You’ll also use AI tools to support stakeholder analysis and communication preparation, helping you manage complex transformation projects more effectively.
In this week, you’ll learn how to apply AI governance and compliance requirements in real organisations. You’ll operationalise key elements of the EU AI Act (including risk categories, Article 4, Article 6, and Annex III) for common AI and agent-based use cases.
You’ll design an AI governance framework aligned with ISO 42001, integrate ethical principles into AI projects, and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements. You’ll also learn how to implement human oversight, approval controls, and proper documentation for AI systems integrated into organisational tools and workflows.
In week 6, you’ll learn how to build a compelling AI business case that demonstrates real business value. You’ll calculate ROI, TCO, and payback periods, and apply key AI investment metrics to evaluate different solution scenarios.
In this week, the focus is on building advanced AI business cases that stand up to board-level scrutiny. You’ll work with key financial methods including NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the real economic impact of AI investments.
You’ll also learn how to prioritise AI investment portfolios, compare multiple enterprise deployment scenarios, and calculate the ROI of enterprise AI platforms at scale. Finally, you’ll create structured financial decision templates designed for clear, executive-level board presentations and investment approvals.
In this week, you’ll learn how to design an enterprise data strategy that directly supports AI initiatives and knowledge management across an organisation. You’ll explore how data becomes a strategic asset for scaling AI systems effectively. You’ll apply leading data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM, and compare modern data architectures including Data Mesh and Data Lakehouse approaches.
You’ll also define and monitor data quality KPIs to ensure reliable, AI-ready data across the organisation. Finally, you’ll assess RAG architectures as a key strategic capability, understanding how data structure and quality directly impact AI performance and business value.
In this week, you’ll learn how organisations scale AI through the five phases: Ideation, PoC, Pilot, Scale, and Optimise, and how to overcome common scaling barriers. You’ll evaluate AI agents, workflow automation tools, and agentic workflows as scaling levers, and distinguish them from enterprise AI platforms, including the role of MCP-enabled integrations.
You’ll also design AI agent use cases with clear boundaries, approval flows, and risk levels, gain an introduction to MLOps for transformation leaders, and learn how to build enterprise AI operating models for scalable, governed AI adoption.
In this week, you’ll learn how to identify and diagnose cultural barriers that can slow down AI transformation in organisations. You’ll develop targeted AI adoption strategies for different employee groups and understand how to drive engagement across the organisation.
You’ll explore how psychological safety enables innovation and successful AI adoption, and learn how to create an environment where teams feel confident using new technologies. Finally, you’ll define clear, measurable adoption KPIs to track progress and ensure transformation success.
You’ll learn how to manage an AI transformation programme with multiple parallel projects and apply Agile Portfolio Management to coordinate initiatives effectively.
You’ll define and cascade OKRs for AI transformation, and conduct programme-level risk management to ensure delivery stays on track. You’ll also assess Shadow AI and unmanaged tool adoption, identify associated risks, and design clear escalation paths and safer enterprise alternatives to maintain control and compliance.
In this final week, you’ll develop a complete AI transformation strategy for an organisation, combining everything you’ve learned across the programme.
You’ll integrate your business case, data strategy, scaling approach, and culture change plan into one cohesive transformation roadmap. Then, you’ll present and defend your strategy in a simulated steering committee, and refine it based on structured feedback to strengthen your final outcome.
Step into a realistic corporate simulation and apply everything you’ve learned in an integrated, end-to-end scenario. You’ll work in cross-functional teams and take on executive roles such as CEO, CTO, CDO, CHRO, and CFO, collaborating to lead an organisation through an AI-driven transformation.
Together, you’ll develop and execute a complete transformation plan over four weeks, combining strategy, technology, data, people, and governance into one cohesive approach.
In this week, you’ll turn your transformation strategy into concrete, actionable work packages that can be executed in a real organisation. You’ll manage change management, data governance, and AI governance in parallel, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
At the same time, you’ll design a scaling plan that moves from quick wins to full enterprise rollout, and build a monitoring framework to track progress, impact, and adoption over time.
In Week 15, you’ll present your Transformation Strategy to a realistic executive panel and defend your decisions under critical questioning. You’ll refine your approach by integrating feedback and iterating on your strategy, while learning how to communicate complex transformation topics with clarity and impact.
You’ll also develop executive storytelling skills, supported by AI tools, to confidently present AI-driven transformation strategies at leadership level.
Finalise all Capstone deliverables and consolidate them into a professional Transformation Manager portfolio. You’ll complete your certification through a written and oral examination, demonstrating your ability to lead end-to-end AI transformation.
Finally, you’ll prepare your next career steps and position yourself for roles in Digital & AI Transformation Management with a strong, job-ready portfolio.
