Curriculum
This is what you learn in our AI Data Strategy and Applied Automation Bootcamp
In the first phase, students build a strong foundation in AI literacy and understand how AI is transforming modern organizations and digital transformation. They learn structured prompting techniques to improve the quality and reliability of AI outputs while also covering essential basics of governance and data privacy.
In phase 2, students learn how to work confidently with data by focusing on data quality, KPIs, and data modeling fundamentals. They develop practical skills in spreadsheets and SQL, including natural language-to-SQL and AI-assisted query building and debugging. The phase concludes with data QA exercises and consolidation, supported by an AI vs. SQL comparison sheet to reinforce learning.
In phase 3, participants explore how AI systems are integrated into enterprise environments through knowledge engineering and RAG concepts using a structured RAG canvas. They learn how to work with secure APIs and webhooks, and apply AI governance principles in practical scenarios. The phase also covers logging, monitoring, and agent security, followed by consolidation and peer review.
In phase 4, participants learn how to translate business processes into automated workflows using low-code tools such as n8n. They build and refine end-to-end workflows, apply best practices through peer review, and explore governance in automation design. The phase concludes with testing, deployment, and a portfolio showcase of working automation solutions.
In phase 5, participants advance their analytics skills with AI-supported SQL optimization and deeper KPI-driven analysis. They build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Metabase and learn how to validate insights through AI-assisted checks. The phase also focuses on communicating data effectively, combining AI and human storytelling, and designing KPI-to-automation solutions, ending with a portfolio showcase.
In the final phase, participants complete a capstone project sprint, applying everything they have learned to a real-world AI, data, and automation challenge. They further develop their skills through enablement and train-the-trainer sessions, and complete an EU AI Act competency assessment. The program concludes with Career Day and a labour market briefing to support next career steps.
