Software developers as well as data specialists are desperately needed - this is proven by a look at the shortage of IT specialists in recent years. With over 124,000 open positions, a 43 percent dropout rate for computer science first-year students and a lack of diversity in IT (only 17 percent women), Dalia quickly realized that something had to change.
