Understand the German market and develop data-driven buyer personas
You’ll gain a solid introduction to digital sales roles and market requirements in Germany. We’ll teach you the key KPIs and channels, highlight the differences between B2B and B2C buyers, and guide you through creating buyer personas with AI-powered tools.

Visualize customer journeys and optimize your touchpoints.
You'll learn how to structure buyer journeys and plan content tailored to each phase – from awareness to conversion. Tools like Canva or HubSpot will support you in the process. You'll also analyze consumer behavior in Germany.

Use CRM systems and automate sales
You’ll work with modern CRM systems and learn about lead management, follow-ups, and automated segmentation. AI will support you in creating call notes and evaluating leads.

Find qualified leads and develop effective outreach strategies.
