Curriculum

This is what you learn in our Digital Sales with AI Bootcamp

In this module, participants will gain an overview of digital sales roles and the requirements of various industries in the German market. They will learn to understand B2B and B2C buyer personas and their customer journeys, and create personas based on survey data and AI-supported prompting. Furthermore, sales funnels will be designed and visualized, and suitable content formats will be planned along the journey. The result: Participants will develop a strategic understanding of digital sales ecosystems and learn to link buyer needs with measurable sales goals.

This course focuses on the practical application of CRM systems and workflows, professional lead management, follow-ups and AI-generated notes, as well as lead scoring, prospect qualification, and the use of prospecting tools. Another key focus is on GDPR fundamentals and legally compliant communication in digital sales. The result: Learners will be able to build and operate a data protection-compliant, AI-supported digital sales infrastructure from initial contact to qualified lead.

Participants develop AI-powered sales enablement concepts, digital sales kits, offers, and case studies, and create credibility-enhancing content for social selling using AI. They practice engagement tracking, conversation starters, and role-playing, and design holistic campaigns tailored to the behavior of German consumers. The result: Participants learn to effectively engage prospects across channels with AI-powered content and sales assets.

This module covers email marketing, chatbots and CRM-based personalization, as well as AI content for landing pages, videos, and persuasive copy. Fundamentals of SEO and SEA, keyword research, AI-powered sales funnel optimization, competitive analysis, campaign strategy, and basic knowledge of sales data, predictive models, segmentation, and decision-making round out the section. Outcome: Learners will be able to plan and implement digital sales campaigns and continuously optimize them using data, AI tools, and performance indicators.

Finally, the course covers strategies for customer retention, customer lifetime value, loyalty and referral programs, and digital campaign tracking with GA4 dashboards, A/B testing, and AI-based optimization tools. Additionally, participants will receive training in value-based selling, neuromarketing, emotional copywriting, sales pitches, objection handling, and building a final sales deck. The outcome: Participants will combine all their newly acquired skills in a final project and demonstrate a complete digital sales process, including AI-supported reporting and presentation.

At the end, you'll develop a complete sales campaign: from the buyer journey and outreach flows to CRM integration and performance tracking. With 1:1 mentoring, you’ll be fully prepared to launch your career in sales.

These steps are important to take the course

Whether you have dropped out of university, are on short-time work, are threatened with unemployment or have lost your job, your time will be well spent if you become more digital. Please note that the process of getting an education voucher from the employment agency can take a relatively long time. We therefore advise you to follow the procedure below.
Step 1

Register as a jobseeker early

In order to receive your education voucher for your retraining from the employment agency, the Jobcenter or the Labour Office, you should register as a jobseeker at an early stage. It is therefore very important that you first make an appointment with the relevant office. It's best to do it now!

Step 2

Get your educational offer from us

The next step on the way to your IT training voucher is quick and easy: Contact us! We will create an official training offer for you that you can then submit to the employment agency, the Jobcenter or the employment office.

Step 3

Apply for the training voucher

Now it's down to the nitty-gritty: With the training offer we have created, you now go back to your responsible office and apply for your training voucher. As soon as it is approved, you can start your new career with us. We look forward to seeing you!
