Differences: individual and standardized reskilling.

Standardized reskilling: One of the advantages of standardized reskilling is that you can access our existing bootcamps, the start dates of which are set in advance, ensuring planning security. This not only makes participation possible quickly – the only requirement is a successful admission process – but also the cost structure (cost per participant) is immediately clear. This helps you plan expenses better and use budgets more effectively. Another plus point is the mix of private individuals and employees of partner companies, in which participants can learn from different backgrounds and experiences. This can enrich learning processes and promote the exchange of ideas and perspectives. Individual reskilling: With our individual reskilling, new resource planning is initially required to take into account the increased time required, but your company has 100% freedom to design the curriculum, learning content and time frame (full-time or part-time). The training courses can be carried out specifically according to the needs of the company, for example we can train your employees together as a cohort, which can ensure even greater cohesion within the team. The number of participants varies between a minimum of 10 (in exceptional cases 8) and a maximum of 16 people. Costs are negotiated individually - tailored to your individual wishes.

You want to offer your employees to learn new skills? Great! The easiest way is to send them to one of our bootcamps. Most of our bootcamps last three months full-time. However, we also offer courses that only last four weeks. In addition, some of our bootcamps can be completed part-time within six months. Just contact us so we can find a suitable solution for you!

Yes, some of our bootcamps can also be completed part-time within six months. We also offer IT Project Management and Machine Learning Engineering courses that can be completed within four weeks. This is particularly suitable in the context of educational leave, which is currently recognized for the Hamburg location.

Boring frontal teaching or video courses that are not interactive was yesterday.

In our bootcamps we work according to the most modern didactic concepts. We rely on interactivity, for example in live coding. We use catchy, entertaining metaphors to turn complex concepts into self-evident contexts. We accompany the participants in discovering for themselves, working on tasks and finding technical solutions. For us, teaching does not mean reading off slides, but asking the right questions and showing everyone the tools in such a way that they find answers themselves.

Our high practical orientation is what makes our bootcamps so special: Instead of theoretical knowledge, we teach practical skills. Our common goal is to produce graduates who independently add value to the company.

Our coaching team lives the concept of “lifelong learning”: Our coaches are continuously educating themselves didactically and technically. Besides the passion for coding, they love to teach.
