CTS EVENTIM becomes new corporate partner

We welcome CTS EVENTIM, the leading international ticketing and live entertainment provider, as a new cooperation partner. "We are thrilled with the number of graduates and also the quality of their digital journeyman pieces," says Christoph Bodi, Managing Director of CTS EVENTIM Solutions GmbH. "In order to strengthen our position as a leading international ticketing platform, it is crucial for us to find digital talent and inspire it for our company."

Like many German companies, CTS EVENTIM faces the challenge of filling open positions with motivated digital talent. One pipeline for recruiting new IT professionals will be the new fish bootcamp concept. For the past year, we have been training career changers from the humanities, natural sciences and engineering, as well as dropouts and also women, to become in-demand Web Developers or Data Scientists in our face-to-face bootcamps. "We were able to report just under 100 graduates in the first year after founding - so good that they can enter new digital professions immediately after completing the camp," says founder Dalia Das.  

Our existing partners already include the Hamburg-based unicorn ABOUT YOU, the established e-commerce retailer OTTO and the software startup COYO GmbH. In addition, our graduates are already working at other well-known companies such as Deep Blue Networks, Fork Unstable Media, Gruner + Jahr, Hummingbird Diagnostics, SinnerSchrader and XING.
